Congratulations to all my students that graded on Sunday 4th July at Brackley Leisure Centre.
Due to the date being put back a week we only had a 20 min's warm up before the grading started
and the feed back so far is positive from the students and families on that format.

Karate-Ka of the Year 2009 goes to  "mark Cox"     

This is an award that is awarded to the best student of the year by sensei.

"Mark always shows a very high standard in his training and has excellent etiquette qualities. He is a very keen and always puts in 100 percent, and as a result is well like in the association by all grades. 
He attends classes at a number of clubs in CESKA and as a result i think his wife sometimes feels like a "karate widow".
 Keep up the hard training and work hard towards your black belt mark."
