| Thanks to all
that attended my Self Defence class at Towcester on Sunday 6th November. The feedback
from the course has been great and positive. The only negative was, we should do the Self Defence course at least every year, as the last dedicated Self Defence course I arranged was in 2000. Look out in 2006, next course will be before the summer. Here are a few moments from the course.....
